Born in Venezuela, María has been working with flowers for over 30 years. She began her journey at a very young age in her family’s flower shop, established in 1966 on the coast of Lake Maracaibo. Guided by her mother and sisters, her passion for floral arrangements grew into a lifelong profession.
In 1987, María expanded her business across several cities in Venezuela, specializing in floral decorations for all types of events, creating romantic, exotic, and modern designs tailored to each client’s preferences.
In 2007, María moved with her family to the Tampa Bay area and founded Acuarela Events. Understanding that every client is unique, she offers personalized attention and custom designs. Her professionalism and dedication have allowed Acuarela Events to serve clients continuously for more than three decades.
